Starting a membership

Clients can come in to set up memberships at our front desk the day of your received service. Your monthly membership payment will be charged 30 days from your enrollment date, with charges billed on this same date each month. There is a four-month minimum commitment, and if you choose to cancel before completing the four months, you will be charged back for the full price of services received. Memberships will be charged to the card used to sign up. Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services. All unused monthly services will rollover and keep accumulating. Benefits do not expire as long as you are a member.

Cancelling or pausing memberships

Memberships can be cancelled anytime after four months with no additional charges. All services already charged will not be refundable. Benefits do not expire as long as you are a member. Upon cancellation of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and are non-refundable 90 days after you cancel your membership, accumulated member services expire 90 days after the last day of a prepaid term membership. Memberships and the benefits can be paused at anytime for a monthly $5 fee.

Membership terms and conditions

Memberships can be redeemed at any location, but can not be transferred to another person. Memberships are excluded from any promotions or discounts. At this time there are no black out dates for memberships but can be subjected to change. Essential Escape must be notified of any changes in address, contact and or credit card information. The cancellation policy will apply to monthly memberships. No discounts on packages
