Plan Your Visit: We are appointment based only, but sometimes do have same day appointments available. We do require a card on file to reserve your appointment spot, this card does not get charged with out your permission unless it's for the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellations: We ask that if you do have to cancel that it is 24 hours in advance, anything after 24 hour would result in a 55% service fee. Anything after 24 hours or a no show would result in a 100% service fee being charged to a card on file. We have this in place to protect our service providers since they are commission based only. Please call or text 216.815.5711 to cancel your appointments, email cancellations are not accepted and can be missed.

Returns: No returns on skin care, stones of any kind or gift cards.

Paperwork: If this is your first time visiting with us or you are trying a new service for the first time please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork to ensure you get your full hands on time.

Online Appointments: Appointments made online are subjected to be moved 15 minutes up or down to ensure your service providers has adequate time to clean and prepare between appointments

Prenatal: When booking for a massage you must book the appointment as a prenatal. At Essential Escape we only use certified prenatal therapist, not all therapists preform prenatal. If you book a prenatal as any other massage type, reserving the spot, you will be charged for the appointment booked so the therapist still receives their commission. If booking a facial please notate how far along so we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Strongsville location: Our Strongsville location does not do same room couples.

Tips: All credit/gift card tips will be charged a 3% transaction fee to cover the cost of the tip credit transaction. Cash tips do not have to pay this fee. 100% of all tips go directly to service providers.
